Lost Identity!by tjpierreComment: This is a definite fear.. :) I would have preferred this shot be either framed horizontally or cropped a little tighter across the top to remove the high horizon.. = 7 - jmsetzler |

Tail Number 90003by csbComment: Congratulations on being able to get a photo of this plane :) I'm having a difficult time deciding where the fear factor is in this photo... fear of flying maybe? Fear of government? Fear of barbed wire fences? Since the title in this photo doesn't tell me what the fear factor is, maybe you cand send me a pm and let me know if you like... I am just unable to determine what you are trying to put forth with this photo... = 4 - jmsetzler REVISION: I'm not holding photos to the challenge this week. There are too many that I don't understand. = 5 - jmsetzler |

Arachnophobiaby jonrComment: Good shot! Spider webs are very difficult to photograph. In order to get them nicely, there are several things you can do... first of all, a dark backdrop helps because you need to have the web and the camera lens perfectly parallel to each other in order to get the depth of field just right to keep the entire web in focus. In this image, you are photographing from the right and the left side of the web is vanashing into the outside ranges of the focal plane. It takes two people or some sort of prop to keep the backdrop behind the image. It also helps if you can use a tripod to hold your camera very steady for a shot like this... good work! = 7 - jmsetzler |
