I think this is an excellent subject for this challenge... My only critique is that that background is a little busy for my taste... good shot :) - jmsetzler

this is a neat image, but I would love to see the ground at the door entrance on the bottom of the barn... there is no 'entrance' in this photo... the colors are a little flat, but that works ok with the 'old' theme of this challenge... - jmsetzler

This is definitely a nice photograph of an old camera... I think you could have achieved the depth of field you wanted by backing up a little bit and working with the resolution of your camera to crop a section from a larger photo. Some cameras don't work as well at close range as others do... -jmsetzler

This is an excellent composition and I love the shadow play in this photo. My only trouble is that I don't think I understand what I'm looking at and i'm not receiving the 'old' message. I assume the object that is holding the brandy snifter is old possibly... I may need some help with this one after the challenge :) - jmsetzler

interesting house :) I like the composition with the exception of the tree on the right... I have this personal issue with trees sometimes... I believe that they should either be in or out of the frame. This one is dissected by the right edge of the frame. I also think that the branckes are covering up some nice detail of your subject... - jmsetzler

nice car :) I would like it better if it was closer to the right side of the frame which would leave more room for it to 'move' into the frame... good shot :) - jmsetzler

I definitely believe this photo would have more impact if shot from a lower angle... this reminds me of some shots of children I see regularly where the adult is standing above the child pointing the camera in a downward angle... In a situation like this one, it could be better to get down on the level of your subject and shoot at a relatively parallel angle to the ground :) - jmsetzler
