Stopped In It's Tracks by timj351Comment: excellent photo... question... is there a wooded area on the left side of this tractor? If so, it may have been better to photograph it from the other side to provide a better background... This photo works really well as is though.. i love the dandilions in front of the tractor :) = 8 - jmsetzler |

Abandonedby hokieComment: This is an interesting shot of plant life... since the plant is the subject of the photo, I'm not sure of your intentions for showing 'something old' in this photo. I can see that the building in the background is old, but it is secondary to everything else in this image... - jmsetzler |

Another Year Olderby CoreyComment: This is a nice family album photo but it doesn't show me anything 'old' for the challenge... - jmsetzler |

Antiquated Arrangementby Gene L.Comment: very nice still life... i like your composition on this one... the contrast offered by the different color of the book adds a 'unique' bit of color to this image... :) - jmsetzler |

Seventh Street Grilleby mcrochipComment: If this place is old, I would have tried to capture its age with a different camera angle... When I look at a building from this angle, I think cutting the entrance way out of the photo is not a good idea. This photo also needs some more contrast and sharpness to come off well... - jmsetzler |

Carousel Horseby gigageekComment: nice still life :) In this particular image, I believe that a darker background would work better. This would offer a greater contrast between your subject and the background. - jmsetzler |

2nd/3rd century ADby stephanComment: Congratulations on a phenomenal photo... I love the composition AND the lighting here... the darkenss adds a great sense of 'old' and 'foreboding' to my interpretation of this image.... These old statues are beautiful. I wish I had the opportunity to make photos like this in America. Our doesn't even date back this far :) Great shot... = 10 - jmsetzler |

Beyond Repairby FranziskaLangComment: Interesting photo of something 'old'... The subject may be old, but the photo lacks visual impact for me... there is no 'wow' factor... - jmsetzler |
