very nice job with the vivid colors... I love nice sunrise/sunset shots but I rarely shoot any myself. I think this particular shot would be improved by lowering the angle somehow to bring the ground into view... the silhouetted trees here are very nice, but having them cut off half way up seems a little awkward.. good shot :) - jmsetzler

This is an interesting photo compositionally. It just doesn't say 'new' to me. The title suggests a 'new' day and I just don't see it. Maybe this object in the photo has some sort of 'new day' symbolism that I'm not familiar with... - jmsetzler
