Absenseby chariotComment: Interesting :) I like this image quite a bit. I also like black and whites :) I wonder if there was a different angle that would have provided some more overall contrast in this photo? good work... - jmsetzler |

Memories of summers pastby tomlewis1980Comment: This is an EXCELLENT photograph. I love the black and white and the contrast is excellent... This photo fails to meet the challenge, IMHO, because it has a child in the photo. - jmsetzler |

Daddy!by razwanComment: Nicely done shot here :) I try to think of more happy times in my childhood and the childhood of others... You have done a very nice job of relaying your thoughts here though :) - jmsetzler |

What Little Girls are Made Of...by tee tahComment: This is a beautifully executed photo... the lighting is excellent. The image itself doesn't really show me a feeling or a visualization of 'childhood', but i still like it :) - jmsetzler |

Mischiefmakers Toolsby TrexXComment: This is interesting :) As I look at this photo, I wonder what could have been done simply with the box of matches and the firecracker? :) Good shot... - jmsetzler |

Challenges of childhood "Should I go for it???"by TaikimonsterComment: This photo holds a special meaning for me :) Take a look at this if you get an opportunity: //www.pbase.com/image/2585019 Kids always are willing to take a risk. Is this an old railroad bridge? I initially thought that it was, but it appears that the rails have been removed. the camera angle also gives the impression that that this bridge is on a slope... i would love to hear some details about this photo at your convenience... good work! = 8 - jmsetzler |

A day at the beachby RoninComment: great photo! This is one of those photos that makes me wish i was a kid again... this is a really cool toy and I can just see myself playing with it in the sand. This is not only a cool toy, its a very well composed photo... The people in the background add a great touch of 'life' and 'fun' to this image... great shot :) = 9 - jmsetzler |

Rubba Dub Dubby GotchaComment: Interesting view :) I like the bubbles and the effect they add to this photo. I'm trying to decide if I like the shoes and the lifesavers. They *do* add to the childhood element of the photo, but they seem to be adding 'clutter' that may not be required for this photo to work well. I think the Mr. Bubble and the rubber ducky along with the brush in the corner do an excellent job of relaying the concept :) - good shot... = 7 - jmsetzler |
