Sorrowby naeilComment: This is a very nice tribute image... if the background is your negative space idea here, it is competing with your subject. If that is not the negative space of this image, I'm not sure what is... - jmsetzler |

Horseby DazzermasComment: This is an interesting photo overall, but it's a little over exposed I believe... I think that a polarizer or a neutral density filter would assist here quite a bit... Windowsby JakComment: this looks familiar :) it also give me the optical illusion that the image is tilted to the left? do you notice that? - jmsetzler |

last stopby jonathansComment: I'm having a hard time deciding on this photo... is the negative space the dark area above the signs, or is the negative space a reference to the world trade center? If it is the dark area above the signs, i don't really think it is an effective display of negative space supporting a subject of your photo. If it is in reference to the WTC, then i don't feel the challenge has been met, because referring to an abstract definition of negative space is not really what this challenge is about, IMO... - jmsetzler |

After Curfewby GeneralEComment: What I see in this image falls into my category of 'empty space' rather than 'negative space'. I don't necessarily believe that the two are the same... - jmsetzler |

Cloudy Bridgeby IsaacComment: this is a beautiful image... I almost think that you could have shot the bay here and left out some of the silhouetted images in the foreground.... this is a beautiful scene... i hope you took some more shots of this :) = 8 - jmsetzler |

Hidden Lightby Chilly0999Comment: I really like this photo! I thought that this may be an Infrared image, but the more I look at it, the less I think it's IR. I see some possibly vignetting on the lower corners and I'm wondering if this is stacked filters? I would really love to hear how you achieved this one... great shot :) = 9 - jmsetzer |
