technology, yes... you have caputred 'technology' in this photo. What sets a great photo apart from a 'good' photo is some special quality or 'artistic' touch. This photo has an interesting compisition for sure, but there is just something missing from it... I belive the focus is slightly soft here. Sharpening this one up a tad would definitely make it more appealing in my eyes... also, maybe a slight rotation of her head towards the camera where I could see an eye... the door window in the background is also a slight distraction since it creates a fairly strong irrelevant contrast in the image... This particular image has the beginning of a very nice shot... - setzler

In the 'technology' challenge, I expected to see a lot of photos of circuit boards. Knowing this, I believe that these photos need to be done more creatively in an attempt to make them stand out. How could you have made this photograph more impactive? If you are new to the challenge concept, one thing you may consider is ASSUMING that there will be several other photos like yours each week. In many cases, there are! With this in mind, you need to create impact.... - setzler

I like your choice of subjects... there are two issues here that I think really hurt this image... 1 - the flash. The on cam flash rarely produces good quality and effective lighting for an 'artistic' image. 2 - the angle. I think you could have possibly worked a stronger angle on this shot to create some more impact... - setzler
