Up The Wallby ShiiizzzamComment: Excellent shot... I love architectural designs like this one, and I think you got the rhythm idea down nicely here :) - setzler |

Funkyby SonifoComment: This is an interesting use of color, as well as shape and pattern... the centered composition seems to work really well here :) - setzler |

looking forwardby augustusComment: Greetings from the Critique Club :)
Hi Augustus...
This is a rather nice portrait photo. The expression on the child's face is excellent :) There are two basic problems with this photograph where DPC is concerned. 1 - I believe a larger image would have worked much better. I believe your image is too far under the maximum size requirements. I normally try to use the 640 pixel maximum on the long edge of the photo so details are as visible as possible. 2 - I believe you may have missed the theme of the challenge with this shot. The theme of the challenge was to 'hide' a person in your photograph...
Keep up the good efforts :)

The Lookby nathaliedooComment: The post processing on this shot creates your yellow for you, but the texture of the yellow seems quite unnatural and a bit disturbing overall... - setzler |

Yellow Squishieby GoldtrapComment: This definitely meets the 'yellow' challenge... the image is too small to be really effective in the competition... the viewer can't see the detail... - setzler |

Windswept Pasturesby TarbiniComment: Greetings from the Critique Club :)
Hi Tarbini...
This is a beautiful landscape shot... As I stated in my earlier comment, I believe the colors here are extraordinary... great work with that for sure :) I believe that you may have intended your 'perspective' in this shot to be the livestock giving perspective to the size of the windmills... That works VERY well here. I can't really offer you any suggestions for improvement at all... I wouldn't have changed anything about the photo...
Great shot! Keep up the good work :)

Tick-tock Tick-Tockby ladpupmoeComment: I understand the 'rhythm' idea you were going for here, but the photograph doesn't really show the 'repeating pattern' idea... the contrast also seems to be just a bit weak... - setzler |
