Look for a bootblackby bcncrazyComment: Greetings from the Critique Club :)
Unfortunately, I don't know what a 'bootblack' is. Maybe it's a cultural difference between us. As far as interpreting the challenge, I think your image probably suffered because of it. Maybe the 'waldo' concept is primarily an American children's theme.
Other than being a difficult interpretation of the challenge, the image lacks a bit of sharpness.
I hope you have better luck next time :)

Henby GinaRothfelsComment: The yellow is definitely present in this image, but I can' get too excited about the overall image. The visual appeal, to me, is weak :( - setzler |

Baby Ropeby SeekerComment: The composition here is good but the color is a little flat... maybe not quite enough light on the subject? - setzler |

GreatFruitby ChuckieComment: This is an interesting composition, but the light is a little too weak to make the yellow stand out and really punch hard... - setzler |

How'd You Find Me???by 3boyzMomComment: This is an interesting child portrait... the desaturation has created an unnatural look on the blanket... - setzler |

Rio Grande Riverby GallatinComment: Greetings from the Critique Club :)
Hi Gallatin...
This is an excellent landscape photo. The perspective aspect of the river works very well also. I am really at a loss for what to tell you on this particular photo for improvement possibilities. I like what I see and I don't have much to offer.
As I look at the photo, I believe that you may be standing on a bridge or waklway above the river. I'm not sure if there would have been a way to get the camera closer to water level or not, but sometimes that can produce a nice effect in a landscape shot of this nature as well.
This park seems like it would be full of great photo opportunities... I hope you enjoyed your visit there and took lots of photos :)
Keep up the great work :)
