Weather: Summer in Saharaby SharQComment: Greetings from the Critique Club :)
Hi SharQ...
This is an excellent photo... The barren landscape with the tire tracks through the sand create a nice rhythmic flow from left to right in the image. The texture in the sand also adds some nice minor contrast. The clouds in this photo really seem to set it off for me. Compositionally, the only thing that I think could make this image stronger would be to include more of the sky in a larger frame. Maybe a portrait orientation with the same amount of 'land' and two or three times as much sky would create even more impact. The clouds are wonderful here and more of that would be good as well.
Have you experimented with this as a black and white yet? If you do, I would love to see the result of that as well...
Great work :)

A bit of fluffby GordonComment: The softness in this photo is soliciting a 'touch'. The razor thin depth of field works well here... the dandilion has a nice soft 'halo' around it that improves the theme of 'softness' even more... great shot :) = 10 - setzler |

New Born Babyby paganiniComment: The color and softness of this shot is excellent... compositionally, I would like to se the flower a little less centered, but still a 10 :) - setzler |

Dawnby RefocusedComment: beautiful shot... I love the softness here and the 'lack' of contrast... it creates an 'easy' mood just like the morning :) = 10 - setzler |

Floraby STEINRComment: I would love to see wha tthis shot looked like before the desaturation. This image shows a lot of harsh contrast with only the red present... - setzler |

Forked Tongueby sherComment: nice work with the soft colors... a little more 'diagonal' in this composition would be strong also :) - setzler |

Striking Resemblenceby inspzilComment: nice strong contrast.... the water drops add a nice element but the background is just a tad 'contrasty' also... - setzler |
