Hi Mona...

I think this particular photo doesn't fit very well in a 'shapes' theme. There are obviously shapes present, but they do not, in my opinion, create any particular impact for this image. This photo seems to tell me more about texture, and on a deeper note, contrasts.

The point of view here also doesn't seem to provide me with something strong enough to hold my attention. Maybe a different camera angle and point of view would strengthen this image.

I think this photo is a good use of color and contrast, along with shapes to nicely meet the challenge. Other than meeting the challenge, what does this photo say? I think the lacking element in this one is just that. It doesn't really say anything other than "I meet the challenge."
