Pile of Socksby goinskiingComment: Greetings from the critique club :)
Without the title, I would not know what I'm looking at in this photo. With the title, the photo meets the challenge. I think you did a nice job of using selective depth of field to isolate a small portion of the image for 'focus'. The texture is somewhat interesting. The non-literal approach to your subject usually works fairly well also. This photo didn't score particularly well, and thats probably because there is nothing particularly interesting to look at in the image. I didn't care much for this challenge topic because I knew this aspect would be a problem...
Keep up the good work :)

please to meet youby SeanachaiComment: This is beautiful work :) Everything about it is just perfect in my opinion. "Comedy" is experiencing a bit of tragedy here... the fire and the 'comedy' face seem represent the natural struggle between good and evil. If you decide to play around with this image, you may want to try some blue toning on it :) - best of show |

Anomalyby zeuszenComment: I like this one even better. The 'anomoly' in the lower right part of the frame creates a nice point of interest. |

"The Least Expensive Flower"by smellyfish1002Comment: Excellent work with the tonality inj this image. I love the detail that is visible here. The composition seems uncomfortable with the darkness on the right side. |
