Question: Will it go in?
I like the perspective on this, as well as the setup. The overhead fluorescent puts a light spot on the wall which allows the leading line to continue through the young lady, and provides a bit of a halo effect on her. |

Question: You're not going to scare the fish away, are you?
Interesting, suspicious look on his face. Unsure of his center placement. |

Question: Does one bike a collection make?
I find this picture poignant. It has a sad feel, but also the potential for fun. I can imagine friends racing around this old warehouse on their bikes. But, you don't even know from the picture whether the bike is abandoned, or if its owner is just out of frame. |

Question: Is it time yet?
There are a couple of things imo that work against this shot. First is the lighting - a bit dark, the colors look dull - not vibrant. Next is the background. It is always a bit risky posing a person in front a spindly vegetation. Aside from the risk of the tree growing out of his head look (which you avoided quite nicely), it usually introduces lots of lines and distractions - as it does here. Finally, the image has a very strong horizontal line not quite level along the bottom of the shot.
If I'm seeing right, it looks like he is smoking a nail with his left hand, while holding an unlit cigarette in his right. Perhaps I am too much of a literalist, but I don't get it. Though it reminds me of a Gary S. Paxton song, "There Goes a Cigar Smoking a Man." |

Rubis or Diamond?by StanleyDComment: Answer: No, it is too big.
Question: Will it fit?
I think the overall red tone hurts this image. The red of the fingernail and her dress could have been used as bright spots in a normally toned image, but here, they just all kind-of blend together. Also, there is insufficient lighting on the ring - looks like the stone is in shadow. Again, the overall red tone works against identifying the stone. |

Question: Can I come out of the corner now?
IMO, you've made effective use of light and shadow in this image, and using a break (the shoes & their shadows) in a strong horizontal line to draw the eye to your subject. |

Question: Did you forget to unfog your lens before taking the picture?
This is a very nice impressionistic shot. Not quite the effect you can get from painting, but still very nice. |

Question: Is that a monster I see in my mirror that makes things look further away than they really are?
If I'm on the right track with the monster in the mirror theory, it forms too small of a portion of the picture to be effective - plus the lighting makes it difficult to figure out what you are seeing. |

Question: Did you drink all those others all by yourself?
Nice, realistic-looking arrangement of objects. I like the strong grained board running almost vertically through the picture. |
