Tulips are particularly difficult to shoot. For me, the center being out of focus (and being such a large part of the picture and the focal point) seriously detracts from this photo. I absolutely love the focus and shine on the tips of petals - it holds such promise...

I think this is a bit of a stretch for the challenge. Lots of blur. Picture lacks a focus.

Too much in background that is irrelevant to your message. If you need something in background, use something a little more uniform than black / dark grey, tan (chair) brown (wood) and white (case in upper right and item on right side of left bookcase shelf).

Cute. Nice lighting, but tough. I'm guessing this is a "shoot what you have" picture. If you could stage it, I'd try to get the ducks out of the shadow and maybe (not sure) lose the floats.

Boy, hope you don't get counted off because the Pi symbol is too easy to miss (it is clear in the two larger bubbles on the left). This is a great shot, and the subtle Pi symbols tie it in nicely.
