The Letter by JamesKWComment: A nightmare that is reality for some - the supreme sacrifice willingly made by one, but forced upon another at a time not of their choosing. |

Ghostby AFVComment: This needs a twist - is too much like someone with a sheet over them in front of a brick wall. Make it float, something! |

Flyingby perotyComment: The bird is almost totally hidden by the background & its shadows. The rest of the picture is unappealing, except for the great patterns & framing (light posts & iron framework) - but the center of the patterns / framing is basically empty blue sky. I suspect this was a much nicer shot before being reduced for the web. |

big cityby boysetsfireComment: Such a little thing makes a huge difference. I was about to rate this about a 4 until I noticed the reflection. It is easy to criticize this from many angles - it breaks many "rules". You've cut the face of the person in the foreground (incidentally, about the only part of the picture in focus) in half. My only comment is that it may be too easy to miss the young man's reflection in the window, and thus miss the entire shot. It is a great image, and works well in b&w. Excellent work - hope you don't get graded down because people don't really see what is there. |

My Dream Come Trueby elizadebComment: '67 'Cuda Convertible - nice, very nice. I think your crop, cutting off the lights/bumper on either side, and so close at bottom & top hurts this photo. If you're going to do the whole car, it needs some space around it. If you're going to do partial car, you could crop just to the right of the license and just at the convertible top, leaving the flag reflection in the car, but losing the actual flag. |

A Needle on Landby VpphotoComment: Um. In case you didn't notice, the Space Needle is a little off plumb. The picture looks overexposed. A little more contrast between the fountain and the sky would have been nice. I think most of this could be corrected by basic editing techniques, and would give you a much better photo. As an ex-Seattle-ite the Space Needle has many fond memories, and it is good to see it again. |

Fields Of Goldby gsalComment: Excellent lighting and color! The corner post location bothers me - IMO it is too close to center and would have been better as the lower left anchor for the picture. |
