Locked in a towerby GiorgioComment: Nice lighting and saturation. Picture tilts to the left, which is very noticeable in the tower. The path at the bottom right grabs your eye, and leads it directly out of the picture. Not sure what that is in the foreground center - an abandoned flower bed? |

Treesby cogeroxComment: Love the ferns & mossy bark. This is a bit dark, but the foreground is almost all lighter, with the dark reserved for "back in the woods a bit" - strong mood and enchantment. |

Forestby cogeroxComment: A bit dark for me, but love the light on the green moss, bark, & ferns. Also love the shaft of sunlight on the tree in the background. This definitely reminds me of my boyhood home in western Oregon. |

Empty Nestby cogeroxComment: You're brave. Lots of clutter in the background on this one - not sure of your intent (or tolerance) with that. For me, the shot is a bit dark. I love the empty cage, and the texture in the tree bark. |

Crw_4984.jpgby karmatComment: You'll have to admit - not the easiest subject to photograph nicely. I like the lines in the swing, and the counterpoint lines of the wall. The plastic around the chains looks a bit weird in spots. A nicely placed colorful pillow or jacket might have added some interest, while covering the wires in the background. |

Crw_4981.jpgby karmatComment: For me this is quite dark in the upper right corner and a bit dark overall. I love the light reflecting off the shiny leaves, and the green / purple combinations, combined with the rust of other leaves, brown & green grass. |

Crw_4976.jpgby karmatComment: Dog is too dark for me - loses a lot of detail. Not sure how you could go lighter with the background already looking like it is on the edge. Cute dog, and nice, simple shot. Composition is very pleasing. |
