You've titled it perfectly. Human shapes, vague and distorted by a veil of water, giving you just enough to know what they are, without knowing them at all. Beautifully balanced with the three darker figures in the foreground, and lighter ones behind. IMO, art museum quality. Photography that exceeds an image and captures the imagination.
