BMW Horsepowerby fantomfotoComment: Looks like they've perfected the serpentine belt! Like the contrast of silver & black. Bottom left wheel is a bit dark, but does not distract from the overall image. |

Day 2by aliquiComment: What a great location. I love the feel of exploration this gives.
The car is too dark on the left side of the picture. The stop sign is virtually dead center in the shot, and a distraction. You might try cropping just to the left of the highlight below the taillight. That would put the stop sign at about the left 1/3 mark. I think the shot could be lightened some as well, to bring out the great lighting and colors a bit more. You've got great clouds in the sky on the right 2/3 of the shot. |

Day 2by LindseyJeanComment: Too many focal points - what is your subject, the white whiskers on the sides of the flowers?, the flowers themselves?, the car? The blown out sky also works against this shot.
I love your juxtaposition of the gray (car, drive) and the purple (flowers). |

day 1by LindseyJeanComment: Another car to be jealous of. Sigh.
Your use of flash in this shot worked against you by blowing out the right headlight and creating a hot spot between the headlight and the grille. In addition, you got great detail of the radiator and canister, as well as RF tire tread. Maybe you didn't use a flash, but it looks like it. The reflections of the woods in the windshield are great. Regardless of the hot spots, this looks like a great car and one ready to challenge the open road. |

day 3by LindseyJeanComment: Not sure the monochrome purple works for me. Nice lighting, lines, and reflections. I'd consider cropping enough off the right to get rid of the non-concrete triangle of grass. |

My wheels!by inamoComment: A very pretty car. Shot has an overall blue tone to it, and probably could benefit from a warmer tint - make that floor look like real wood, not a blue-lit vinyl. The car would still be blue, but I think it would stand out better from its environment. Trying to get any shot at a car show is tough, and you've done a good job of minimizing the very busy background.

And another view...by inamoComment: Nice capture of Jaguar image. You've included the entire rim top left and right, but cropped it bottom. Feels misbalanced. Also, most people prefer the logo to be level and not tilted. Looks like this was shot indoors with lots of lighting. The Jaguar moustache of light is cute - not sure it was intended, though. One would think specialty wheels and logos would be easy to shoot - not so (at least IMHO). |

Sep 03.jpgby Mr_PantsComment: Nice lines and lighting. Your framing adds a lot to the shot. I could see this as a magazine cover or product shot - room in the black (bottom right) or at the top (in the hood) for text, etc. |
