Which I think my eyes are beginning to do - not enough here to figure out what I'm looking at. Also not sure about the reddish band across the shot.

Good lighting on this. IMO, it is unfortunate that the side of the birdhouse lined up with the gap between the fence pickets. The edge blends too much, IMO, making the bird house difficult to distinguish in the reduced lighting.

Normally, I'd complain about this being OOF, grainy, etc. In this challenge, I think these add to the feel of the shot. That light in the center is a bit overblown - not sure if there was anything you could hide it behind and still get your shot...

You're braver than I - not sure I'd be comfortable here at this hour of the day. I like your use of color - for some reason it adds to the sense of aloneness and reality.

Nice shot. Seems like lots of lights on for this hour of the morning, but your exposure is very nice - enough light to show the color and texture of the roof without looking blown out anywhere.
