Almost dream-like quality to this - tending more towards nightmare than pleasant dream, but not necessarily so. I like the use of the dark upper left corner (picture, mirror, you can't really tell for sure). This will probably get slammed by the quick-draw voters, but I find it a nice solid entry with a great tie-in between "...at night" and dream / nightmare.

Ooooh! Lightning. Bet a direct strike wouldn't do your camera electronics any good... Shot looks a bit on the grainy side, but not distractingly so. Love the sky colors.

Tiny Dancer

Nice shadow, but IMO the shot is conflicted. The main visual elements are the chain and the light to its right. For me, a tighter crop on the dancer would have clarified the focal point of the shot.

I like the lighting on this. Nice setting that kind-of says, the actors may change, but love is timeless.

The Sniper

The bird is cool - not sure if that was planned or not, but still add a nice touch. I'm also kind-of wondering if snipers hand-hold very often, or if they're more like low-light photographers, and use a tripod or other way to support the rifle. The shot has a bit of ghosting outline around the dark areas. Ont the plus side - great sky; the "barbed wire" behind the sniper, the bird, and the overall mood of the shot.

A bit creepy, but very emotive - could just as easily be other emotions as well. The grain and subtlety of contrast really make this picture. Love the reflected things in the windows (including the jet)

Dancing With The Stars

Cute idea, but the human face is a bit too subtle. I do hope people take a long enough look to give you good scores. I really like the colors in this, and the starfish do look like they're dancing & jumping.
