What an exquisite photo! I love the contrast of the wine tablecloth with the wood. The lady and her outfit & tying the blue of her towel, the pitcher, and the pillow.
The only nit-pick I'd give is that the boxer almost blends into the background, and the shot is a bit dark over-all.

Heartbreaking. This reaches beyond words. IMO, the perspective is part of what gives this its impact. Isn't this the perspective of the person about to pick up the baby that isn't there? The strict centering, the almost drawing-like lines, the framed bib & booties, the colorful quilt, etc. - everything is there, except... Ache.

On a technical note, I think the arm on the right side of the photo detracts from the picture - you might try cropping the shot just to the left of where the skin on your arm becomes visible.
