marbles.jpgby friscaComment: this was a test shot for PoV. I didn't get it sorted out in time to enter anything, but I do want to study this shot to try to come up with the best composition for this idea.
The marbles don't have far to run.. the room is only so big, and I'm there to collect them. |

Baby Gatorby dsa157Comment: though the hand provides a nice measure to tell how big the baby is, it really distracts from the shot, and the isolation of the gator might have made for a stronger composition. I like the focus on his face, though wish his whole body was more in focus. |

Taking In Grandby xhossComment: i might have cropped more off the bottom to make this seem like a bit of a wider angle. Otherwise, I love the choice of colouring and the motion blur of the people. It represents the fast pace and the anonymity. :) |
