You have lens flare on the lower left which isn't pleasing and the composition is weak. It would be better without the house with the sun coming through the trees

It strikes me that the focus is on his nose rather than his eye. Tough exposure...you lose a lot of detail under the ear, you might have considered trying to recover some of that. The image is good, but to me (I am color blind) the background while blurred well is boring in color.
