This one has my highest rating so far, partially because I love mountain scenes and I'm a bike rider myself. Nice shot. It would have been good if you could have gotten rid of the yellow lines at roadside.

Day 30:2 - Sky and Land

Beautiful patchwork landscape, sky and clouds. I hate it when the wings get in the way, especially when you're right over it and can't get a good shot at all. Thanks for initiating this challenge. It's been a lot of fun.

Day 27 - Shell

You can do some easy stuff to start a home studio. I sometimes use a ping-pong ball with a slot cut out to put over an diffuse the flash. I bought a yard of black velvet at a yardage store for a few bucks, and use it for some of my pictures. My studio is wherever in the house I can conveniently set things up. If you want to spend a few more bucks for something more professional search ebay for a couple items I got such as "Pro Photo Softbox Light Tent Shooting Light Cube 24x24" and "2 Studio Strobe/Lighting/Flash Portrait Kit 1" if you can get around your camera's preflash.

Nice picture, and even though I can see the practical purpose of the fan I think the picture would have been greatly enhanced if it was removed for the picture. Great foliage outside.
