The subject and framing is good, but the lighting is dull and uninteresting. If you could shoot this with dramatic side lighting, and perhaps convert it to black and white, I think you'd get a good abstract effect.

This is nixter. After seeing this originally, I went back to a phone booth that had some interesting textures and couldn't mimic your attempt to save my life. It was probably the camera I was using -- it was a real challenge to get the textures on the glass in good focus. And the people passing by weren't exactly going where I wanted them to.

Anyway, great shot! I love this.

The sky is nice, but there's no real focal point on the ground. As such, you should either find an earthbound subject to complement the sky, or frame it such that only a sliver of the ground (or no ground at all) is visible.

My thoughts anyway.
