Lovebirds No. 2by GermaineComment: A little noisy (really high ISO?), and some of the details in the birds are lost to the overexposure. I do like where you were taking this though. Nice composition. |

oldacordbwdp.jpgby IraklisComment: The harsh shadows and high contrast really make this work for me. The framing/crop suggests that he is secondary to, or an extension of perhaps, his instrument. Nice job! |

Curiousby MaggyeComment: Wow, I've inspired someone! Good job. Speaking in general, I think this technique needs to be applied judiciously. A little goes a long way, I'm discovering, and a lot of folks (I'm also discovering) consider it cheesy. I think it works here -- if anything it's a good study in cross-processing.
That aside, this seems to lack a little bit of texture -- like maybe too much noise reduction was applied. Or maybe the focus is just soft. |

Night Sceneby citymarsComment: This is terrific. The lone face amidst the bustling blur makes the shot -- but you knew that. Great colors too. |

propaneby tnunComment: Yup, this looks like trouble. Excellent in black and white, and I like the mid key processing. Lots to look at here too, thanks to the crisp focus. |

Engrossedby GermaineComment: The angles, textures and contrast all work nicely together. |

Day 06 - Carryby shalrathComment: Nicely caught. I'd love to hear how you processed this. The colors are beautiful. |

Day 05 - Sweepby shalrathComment: It is a bit soft, but nothing's lost really. It's very artisitic. The sepia was a nice touch. |

What !by crikComment: She looks repulsed. I love it! Looks like you might be clipping your levels -- under- and overexposed in places. Nice contrast though. |

Day 08 - V is for...by shalrathComment: This is awesome! An A+ for composition alone. Great expression and I like the sepia processing (if that's what you did). |
