That is scary, but good panning on your part. As far as the image, I might have cropped out those harsh golden lights in the upper left.

Fun image. The colors are cool and they work. I think this may also have worked in black and white as your background is sufficiently blurred.

That's a great scene. I like that the top of the railing is perfectly level and almost centered, so good composing/framing. Wish I could see more of the guitar player.

Not sure about the passing figure being in profile and midstep. I think seeing someone approaching or walking away from the dog would make this stronger.
