I like the little bit of ive on the mouth parts, I wish it were sharper on the top of the shell. Perhaps you could include a bit more of this interesting looking creature - the legs seem so cut-off.

Interesting take on gemini. Looking up at the building is kindof like looking up at the constellation. The composition is balanced, and the irregularities of the building make it interesting to look at. Lighting seems a bit flat.

I like the scorpion in these natural surroundings, and the composition is nice, he is frames around the top and side and seems ready to jump out on the viewer. However, he blends in too well with the background and it makes him hard to see, and lowers the impact. Could you make the yellow brighter? Or desaturate the background? Perhaps a little selective editing after the challenge.

Intense stare! I like the wonderful pear-shape of the body, you've cropped it just right. The flare of the beard, those horns curvin behind the dark ears, and with the excellent use of DOF, your subject really pops out of the picture. 9

This looks like it requires a good bit of set up. I like the lighting on the lock, and the dramatic background. While the angle is interesting, I keep feeling the candle flame is pointing the wrong way, and it distracts me.
