Small Town; Big Skyby dsidwellComment: simple, lovely. A nice way to connect the sky to the ground while still giving the viewer a sense of the vastness of the universe |

Salt Lake Templeby dwterryComment: Ilike the glow of the temple in front of the darkenning sky, but the dark outlines suggest you have oversharpened. I am also not sure why you include the large dark thing in the foreground. There is not enought detail for me to get a sense of wht it is and how it relates to your subject |

On the Moveby JeileenComment: Thisis almost more of a motion picture than a still image - tells the story of the night over time rather than in one moment. You get e real sense of the travelingon the road - especially with this composition that leds your eyes in from the left, under the darkness, past the bright lights, with only a glimpse of the trees on the side of the road. |

Cruzin' by bruskiComment: dynamic and abstract - love the green and yellow. There is less visual meaning and more emotional - the speed, the lines on a city, the colors and adventure of night. 9 |

In the heat of the nightby geewhyComment: Fabulous motion and color. The subtle shapes and gradients in the drakness detract from the bursts above I'd crop from the bottom and just the leaves a lin black line at the btoom withe the silhouettes on the trees. |

Crude Movesby jbsmithanaComment: I like the sparkle and the dark blue - the water mirrors the sky as it captures that perfect dark blue before blackness. I might even crop the top a bit more to emphasize the reflections. The dark band in the sky is a bit distracting. |

after the sun went down!by whiteroomComment: I'd like to see this cropped a tiny bit on the bottom and more at the top to emphasise the line between the sky and the earth. I like the small silouettes of the trees on the horizen and This would draw more attention to them. |

Cape Cod Lightby ButterflySisComment: That sky is increadible. The silent movement of the clouds at night. I like how the colors are subtle - at night colors become indistinct. The composition contracts the filmy horizontal movent of the sky, with the solid vertical of the lighthouse. 9 |

Wish I Could Turn Back the Timeby KonadorComment: I love the contrast of movement and stillness, light and dark. Your shot really tells a story. I like the hoorizontal lines - the fence, the water, the lights in the distance and the intersecting verticals - most strong the signpost and the still person. There is both balance and tension. 10 |
