I like the narrow DOF - the background is a lovely impressionistic frame to the flower. Wish the flower itself had more distinction - a bit out of focus, and the lighting makes all the petals blend - a bit more contrast or more contrast light would have helped bringout all the subtle details in the petals.

I wish there were more of an obvious subject, point of interest. It is a nice sky and lovely colors, a bit out of focus. Wish the silouette's of the trees were sharper/clearer to give contrast to the bilowing clouds.

An unusal idea - stand out amoung the flowers and pretty women and kids. I like the composition and the glaring lights. Feels like its not quite sharp and then a bit over sharpened in processing. Very classy nonetheless.

This bird looks like it is made of velvet! I like how the beak is really the only color everything else is soft browns and blacks. Wish the reflection wasn't cropped at the bottom - perhaps cropping it out entirely and cropping in from the left hand side would create a more unusual comosition? Lovely to look at nonetheless!

Very dramatic. Perhaps a bit too melodramatic - all that high contrast but with no central subject feels like a bit of a contradiction - I suppose your intent is "what we do not see but can imagine."

This is extraordinary. The sea of flowers is the perfect backgroun/foreground - the woman stands out well against it, but at the same time the whole effect is very soft and lovely. 9

The droplets of water look great against the black feathers. I like how the beak comes down to the right hand corner. I would crop at the top. Narrow DOF works well too. Wish the lighting or the composition were more compelling - while the picture is nice it just doesnt catch my eye.
