Our Lady of Lourdesby sleekrComment: I like how she is surrounded by the rock and the plants - a circlular composition. The flash is a bit bright - too much on the lilies in front drawing our eyes away from her. Perhaps just natural light would have been better, or a light from a sourceother than the camera, more fom above? |

Missionby JPRComment: the blue sky is a perfect compliment. Nice solid composition - pyramidal. |

Entryby karmatComment: I like being able to peek through the arches to that water beyond. very serene. I'd be tempted to crop down to just the central arch - it is a different kind of entry - not to the building but to the light, air, water and earth. It would be a simpler more powerful image. |

Church at Nightby TooCoolComment: I like to see Orion leaning into the picture at the top - but it doesn't balance the heavy brighness of the window - I wish it weren't so far to the left. The picture is very grainy? what ISO? Couldn't you use a long exposure and a tripod? |

Granite Tabernacle Spireby f-32Comment: fun angle. beautiful tower. The light seems a bit washed out - at least on the lighter middle section of the tower - I'd be tempted to play with the contract/brightness and see if I could get some better definition. |

Evening Lightby stuartComment: Nice light. I'd crop at the bottom, the shadows are uninteresting. The strange artifacts around the tower and the graininess of parts of the sky is from some sharpenning? Perhaps less drastic processing is in order. |

The Bathby svitalComment: Interesting how the black bars channel us into the tub - but leave us horizontal room to move. Interesting choice. I'm not sure about cropping the plant at the top. |

The Thirteenth Moonby zeuszenComment: Wild composition - very abstract in a way. The city looks like miniatures. The lone tree, the line of the mountains, the white of the city against the dark ground. Very eye-catching. 9 |

St. Peter's at Dusk by mbardeenComment: The gold of the leaves and the lights comliments the dark dark blue of the sky with the floodlit tower inbetween - wow! I like the golden branched framing hte pic on the left - wish we could see a bit more to the right to finish the line of the roof...9 |
