Nice effect to have the skull smoking as well and the cigarette. Post this around town! Well lit, nice focus. I might crop a bit more off the bottom left - make the cigareetes go right to the corner, the ash tray is in an odd position , and doesn;t really finish the corner. 8

A dramatic moment - I crop down from the left - come in closer to tha man who is giving instructions and loose the folks without fur coats. crop in a bit from the right to give the feeling that there are perhaps moe people lidtenning to him hiding the fact that the gray coated woman is the last one there.

the word target in a bit unnerving. The cross seems to be a jabbing finger, telling us what the rules are. Stark and intimidating. Perhaps more contrast would bring out that nice shadow.

Scary. Nice comment of smoking, and the marketing of smoking. I could go two ways with this - either strip away all of the familiar - the everyday clothes, the background - have the face leering out of the darkness with cigarette in hand -
OR
have this skeletal figure in a totallye everyday situation - sitting at the luinch table with friends offering a cigarette.
