I like the lighting, but have never seen the document so without your title would have no idea what this image is about. Showing the title of the document might be helpful.

I think a spotlight (for example with a torchlight) on the Jesus figure would have made this image much stronger, more complete.

the word target in a bit unnerving. The cross seems to be a jabbing finger, telling us what the rules are. Stark and intimidating. Perhaps more contrast would bring out that nice shadow.

There is an unfortunate reflection on the cross...otherwise a good propagandistic entry

I feel the black to the left distracts from the overall shot. A portrait crop to exclude that would in my opinion make a much stronger presentation. I do enjoy your lighting and overall tone to the shot. 7 -danny
