When I look at this photo I say to myself "what is that.. what is that little house doing up there? what did this used to be?" - when I ask questions like this after viewing a photo, that is a good sign, and what I like about this shot is it makes me think.. what might improve the overall composition is getting rid of the tree brances.. they take my focus away from the industrial quality of the shot. I realize that might have been impossible to do in a basic challenge

Strong compostion, beautifully photographed with crisp focus.. your choice of duotone color was perfect... for me, I would rather not see the text at all.. just the beautiful texture of the ball (which you rendered perfectly) I really appreciate how you contrasted the old baseball with the new.... good job!

This is a very nice shot that would be made even nicer (in my humble opinion) if you used a cooler tone... the sepia always suggest warmth to me .. it is good to use something in the foreground to bring depth to the photo but in this case, the branches are taking away from the texture and the composition of the snow/ice

Interesting backlighting effect...... the drop of water is a very nice touch... the muted background a perfect choice.... crisper focus on the leaf would have really have improved this shot

Lighting/tone and shadows are all very good.... the pure white in her eye is a nice contrast to the tones in the rest of her body... she is a beautiful model with lovely eyes/skin - I would like to have seen her look directly into the camera, and cropped tighter on the knee and arm - her shoulders are very lovely and more emphasis on them would have made this shot very exciting.

I like how the angle of the background works with how the flower comes into the photo.. I think you took a chance in using red but... it works.. the only thing that might improve this shot is a crisper focus on the petals of the flower... this would make a very romantic valentines card

What I really like about this shot is how you achieved the opposite shadowing in each of the models faces..... this photo gives me an eerie feeling .. as in gothic horror rather than gothic fashion and that's a good thing - I am not sure why you choose to have the buttons on his jacket in crisp focus and their faces not. might have been more effective the other way around... your exposure is great - good job!
