Yellow²by sammigurlComment: good job getting the bee on a yellow flower (they prefer blues, reds and purples) also, good job getting so much of the flower and the bee in focus..... one thing that might make this an even better shot would have been to increase the shutter speed to get more detail in the wing (but still keep a certain amount of blur) also, great title. |

Its a long way to the top...by LeokComment: an interesting concept... falls short however due to the lack of focus in the flower... the lady bug suits the title.. a long way to the top indeed... |

Great Blue Heronby MacDonaldComment: Actually, he didn't fly away with the carp... he went to a little island in the lagoon and ate it there... my research shows that they usually tear it into pieces. This guy didn't.. he ate it in one very long swallow with the head first. |

Hawkby PrismComment: Now that you know where he likes to hang out, you will have to go back and get him again... that marsh looks like a real neat place to hang out at. |

Inner Beautyby DefyTimeComment: lovely lighting.. what an interesting flower... is that more than one variety? I hope you share your technique with us. I like your choice of background.. but wonder if not putting the flower directly in the middle might have been a better composition? |
