After the Fireby NordlysComment: Living in California, as I do, I see a lot of this type of devastation and the power fire has to wreak it. Your photo is a stark portrayal of what is left afterward - good job in the your pp. |

Grassy Watersby TammsterComment: This image would look great even without the reflection but with the reflection you have taken this photo to a much higher level. Great job of converting it to b&w - great composition and kudos to you for entering such an interesting shot that really grabbed my eye. |

Church and Groundsby K3MasterComment: Very dramatic photo - great sky and you did a good job in converting it to b&w. The white on the church is almost glowing - interesting composition. |

Fishin Buddy by libertyComment: As a person who loves to fish and did so commercially in the Atlantic ocean, this shot cracks me up ...is that a Norwegian jig for it's nose? Beautifully photographed and fits the challenge to a 'T' Congrats on an excellent photo! |

Fireby heidaComment: I am beyond shocked that this amazing photo is not in the top three. Not only wonderfully photographed technically but the creativity of this photo places it in a category of pure brilliance. Message edited by author 2009-10-02 00:19:00. |

rolipoliby posthumousComment: I am cracking up here... you got three (3) comments that say the same thing... is that a record? Where I am originally from, they would be made into delicious fish stock... the guy at the end is a hoot! |

Tendernessby GlanniComment: This is the 5th or 6th time I have come back to this photo... I wasn't going to comment and just leave a score but there is so little commenting lately that I thought better of it ... OK, here goes .. what I like... the wonderful textures in the skin, both the breast and the hand ... but the photo also tells a story ... is the hand gentle? Is the hand and the breast the same person? I like the pping to a point - I think it lacks a pure white - was that intentional? A decent shot that fits the challenge. |
