Winter Abstractionby markwileyComment: So pretty! I love the tones in this so much; you have a gift for finding the sublime from an elevated position that we don't get to normally see. |

Nature's Brush by JustinMComment: Seriously stunning Justin - I love that there are faint leaves throughout to tie it all together. Had they matched in intensity they would have been distracting, but missing altogether and it would have felt forced and out of place. Beautiful as is! I would hang this on my wall as it forces someone to linger when looking at it. |

Don’t look back by NeatComment: Congratulations Anita! I loved this one; I think I love all your silhouettes. They tell a story far beyond the person . . . well done (as usual!). |

Fragility by ErinKirstenComment: wolf and roz I agree on the bird and appreciate the feedback as it validates my gut; I was on the fence even entering this. Literally was checking the box and added that bird after the faint birds I had flying I didn't think would bring it together. I tried it in darker brown but it was too attention grabbing and since I really didn't want it there anyway, I went for the more faint color. I probably should have lightened it even more or left it off entirely but it was moment before the deadline and I just left it thinking that it wouldn't do well anyway. If I were to redo this entry I would have enlarged the flying birds ever so slightly and left it at that. . . |
