I can imagine it's difficult to do, but if you'd have held still a little longer and bit more steady, the hand and sleeve wouldn't be that blurry, an invisible plug would make the illusion a bit more plausible, 6

I see the intention of the blue frame but it doesn't work out. That needle won't work in that machine, and at least the complete foot (or what do you call that thing) should be in focus, 5
