the diagonal lines in your composition work very well, the color selection and arrangement of the pastels is appealing. the only remark: for, the background is taking away the focus on the pastels (especially the brighter/used areas of the board). having a grey backdrop is a good choice.

your picture does not really invite viewers to stay longer and discover more. the rather boring wodden background does not add anything to the pic. I find myself trying to read the bullet list on the label to find it's OOF. On the good side: the vignetting works as it provides some borders to the viewer to focus on the center. the exposure is good (no blown out parts). may be a bot mot light bounced to the area between the hands. composition - good idea on the diagonal lines. With an other back drop (e.g. indicating travelling as the reason to learn a new language, a train, an airplane, a car) your pic would apear much more intersting.
