Severe amount of JPG artifacts and noise. You may want to re-consider your method for resizing your photos for this challenge. I really like how the red stands out in this picture though.

Whoa!!! Did you really catch that? What a great effect! I can tell the exposure was a perhaps a bit long because some of the lights are a bit over exposed but DEFINITELY worth it to get such a shot.

I'm sensing too much of a yellow tint in this picture. That's easily correctable unless that is was your intention.

Maybe my original comment didn't take. In any event, this is one of the most amazing photos I've seen. Leaves me breathless. Some people can go their entire lived never seeing something like this and you've captured it flawlessly. Incredible work!!!

Incredible colors. I think the fountain is distracting and a tigher crop on just the sun and the sky line would be a good alternative. Not necessarily better, but I might have preferred it. - 9

Amazing. This need to be framed. It might help if the white in the inner border was a bit thicker but it's as close to perfect as you can get. Outstanding.
