Very clean and simple presentation is good. The purple and red hues in the otherwise white background don't work well. Was this heavily processed? Hot spot on the front of the cup is slightly distracting.

I think a more interesting angle would be to come around to one of the sides so you capture at least part of the side of her face as she looks at the photo. Perhaps a much tighter crop as well to remove the less interesting elements of the photo, the large dark area on the lower left, the purse, etc.

Doesn't look like it's sublimating. However, I think you could improve this by choosing a darker pan so there is more contrast in the scene. I would also allow more room at the top because you are trying to show how a solid goes to a gas without first becoming a liquid so the vapor is a primary element. Might also be better to use dry ice next time too.
