I'm sure it's an optical illusion but the left hand seems disproportionately larger than the right. Perhaps more careful attention to the angle between camera and subject would correct this. I also don't really get a sense of hope from the image.

Nice angelic image but there are a couple of things that bother me. The way the wing elastic goes around her arm really cuts and disjoints her arm from her body. Either a looser strap or something more closely colored to her skin might help. The lower wing edge kind of grows out of her shoulder and at first glance I thought she had a really huge arm. Perhaps some back lighting to define the wing and make it look less like it's part of her arm.

Might also move her further away from the wall to gain some separation so the wall texture doesn't play as big a role.

While it is an everyday object there really hasn't been anything done to make this an interesting composition. However, I must give you compliments on how clean and inviting this toilet is. I would relieve myself here any day. :)
