This is to funny. I was just looking back at the challenges and this caught my eye again.

The background is to wrinkly for me. The white balance is way off. I don't much care for the lighting and the colors. The banana blends in with the surroundings to much. I don't much care for the look on his face either. Hmmm...I didn't vote on this and if I did I would have given it a 4. Sorry, but it really isn't as great a shot as some of the others.

The best way to learn how to take a photo is to look at your photo and critisize it yourself. What can you change to make it better? What about composition, lighting and focus? Look at other portraits and see how they did theirs and learn from it. Experiment. Take more then 20 shots.

Don't give up. Keep shooting! :-)

This is the first time seeing this photo. I love it. The colors are awesome and I really like how I can see the surrounding area of where they live.

Looks good, but her's looks good to. There are so many different ways of making a photo look good. One persons way isn't better then another. And I think Heida is experienced enought to see that. Very nice shot!

If you notice the flower is darker in the center so if you try that you end up with a picture that looks nothing like the flower. I have tried to take pictures of these flowers and it is hard. The are so dark and any more light can make it look bad.

I think it is fine, just doesn't have the "wow" factor.
