I like how the background of this photo offsets the subject. Some changes I can think of: 1) don't cut off the tips of her toes, 2) remove the watch which is quite bright and distracting and interrupts the line of flow of her arm, and 3) reposition the right hand, perhaps on the left knee, as I don't like where it is right now. Also, the foreground seems a little too dark and the background a little too saturated. I would have scored this higher if the vantage point was higher and not so much at eye level.
