You've captured a great smile here and the eyes look awesome. The head is so high up in the photo though that his body seems extremely long. The dark suit blends in with the background so it kind of looks like a floating head with a collar and tie. I would have given you a much higher score if it wasn't cropped so close to the top and maybe more cropped off of the bottom.
