Just a couple of things that I notice. Others may have different opinions :)

1.Her face is not showing and she looks like she miiiight have a pretty smile over there :) I always prefer most of the face.

2.Her left arm is cut off right at the shoulder. I would like to see that arm in the picture.

3. Your POV is looking down. This might be okay if she were looking up instead of down but this way it makes it look a little like she is hiding from the camera :)

The black and white is lovely, I would kill for that dress (not for me for my daughter), and you have great tonal range going on here :)
