I really like this one ... doesn't look like much as a thumb, but the full size really pops. The colors on the butterfly wings somehow blend with the foliage in the background, and that wonderfully placed tree trunk just brings everything together very nicely. Well done ... I think this is my favorite of the bunch. Thanks for joining us on the walkabout!

Good composition and, yes, nice choice for desat. The shadows are a little distracting here ... might be a good subject to go back to when the light changes and see what else you come up with. That's what I love about walkabouts ... a chance to take pictures of things you walk by every day! Nice find.
