This location is always cool and has created some great photos. Your processing here may be a bit extensive and the photo itself lacks a focal point so it is almost difficult to look at with all the details in the sky against the contrast in the ice. It may look better bigger.

Interesting variation on the surfer shot. The tire tracks and people at the bottom left balance the surfer well, although cutting out the negative space to the right of the surfer and the sky might actually make this a stronger photo. It may be cool to try.

The lighting here makes it impossible to see the man's eyes, which actually has caused me to look at the photo longer. Whatever he is expressing here is less obvious. The textures in his skin are very nice. My only nitpick is that the shiny gold necklace is a bit too bright in the spot where its a bit blown out and catches the eye and pulls it away from the face

Great subject. The background is a bit busy and kind of pulls attention from the subject, and this works well for the horizontal branches at the bottom, but the branches in the background at the top kind of hide the berries a little too much in my opinion. Great colors
