I think that it is delightful! in her cheeks and eyes there is something going off with the focus though, like it was slightly burred and then oversharpened, this is something i have struggled with and see as a semi issue in this shot:
(this is just a very very nitpicky thing)
I think this can be fixed by doing a usm with a very small radius and high percentage...try it out i am not sure.

otherwise great job with the lighting, i love the catch lights in her hair! it makes her dark hair stand out from the black background. I think this could use just a tad more light from the bottom to get rid of some of that shadow on her neck and put more light in her eyes, this could be done by just positioning a reflector to bounce the light back up.

oohhh lovely flipping hair! i think that some of the negative space isn't really needed, a tighter crop would being more attention to the subject and shaddows

i really love the textures in the wall and the fan and your lighting is very appropriate for this shot, but i don't think that the reaching hands add to this. maybe if they were reaching up from the bottom left corner? hmmmm

coloration is cool but i don't think the lens flare adds as much as it could, this would be more dynamic if the legs were more to the left so the shaddow would lead into the feet makeing the shadow a stronger focus and making the photo have more motion
