It must really be tough being a pelican with only one eye, and no depth perception. I wonder if this one still makes those fabulous dives into the water to catch fish?
ETA, It's pretty cool the way the birds beak looks like it has been tattooed in this shot.

This was nicely timed and composed. Getting the biker lined up with the boat mast for the jump was a good move. It looks like an oops from that biker's altitude would cause a "this is going to hurt in the morning" sort of moment.

Nice image, with the scene, the light and the contrails adding to the whole of the creation.
I'm curious about the Oly lens on the 5D. Is that done by a commercial adapter, by a home made one, or just by holding the lens to the camera. I have done the 2nd and 3rd methods with odd and end lenses, with varying degrees of success. It worked very good for this image.

Unique. And, I see another "pal" in there too, on the left. I like the way this shows the scale of the horse. If his eye had been more evident, it would be even better.
