My eyes keep going to the face in the tram car. The whole scene looks a lot like what you must see on a normal day there. No frills, no fancy, just the way it looks.

From the images so far, this place seems to be all square and straight lines. It seems unusual in a country were most of the buildings are decorated with good art and architectural accents.

Dark Side Of The Moon

Looks like it was a little hazy up there tonight. I am glad that you got to see it. New moon, and full moon are great for photos. The sky was killer clear here yesterday, and has smoke in it tonight from a couple of pasture fires going on around here now. I try to shoot the moon like this at 400 iso, and 1 sec, aperture, 3.5 or larger, in order to get detail in the umbra. If I expose longer than about 3 sec, the moon moves and smears the bright part too much.

That is a very different building. Good use of the cemetary location, and of the palm tree for composition elements.
Guess that building has been "a round" for a while.
